Refund Policy

We are not required to refund any purchases in case the customer has changed their mind. Faulty products at purchase will be taken care of and handled to the rules and regulated as stated by the Consumer Guaranteed Act NZ.. Please try to inform us of any faulty item within a week.

Damaged Products & Warranty

Damaged products or warranties do not apply and cover for products that are mishandled or misused or damaged contributed by customer in any way including but not limited to product neglect, modification or tampering of product or failure to maintain the products and wear or tear that naturally occurs leads to warranty not applying or return of products. For warranty to be claimed the customer must return the product to the store whether by shipping or drop off to store, and bear any shipping costs incurred in claiming warranty including costs of returning product to our store and the product returned to them.
